The Ignite program consists of 24 lessons divided into 4 distinct modules.

The program runs for 24 weeks with one lesson per week usually lasting around 60 minutes. Additional live sessions are available in the bundle program.

Not at all! The program is designed for people of any ethnicity or race. The program’s focus is on leaders who have Hispanic employees, partners, or fellow leaders within their organization and wish to relate to them on a more genuine level.
