  • The Ignite program consists of 24 lessons divided into 4 distinct modules.

  • The program runs for 24 weeks with one lesson per week usually lasting around 60 minutes. Additional live sessions are available in the bundle program.

  • Not at all! The program is designed for people of any ethnicity or race. The program’s focus is on leaders who have Hispanic employees, partners, or fellow leaders within their organization and wish to relate to them on a more genuine level.

  • You will have a significantly better foundation to interact and relate with the Hispanic population and in particular in the context of the workplace. You will remove underlying paradigms that may have been operating without your understanding and will be equipped to genuinely relate with other members of your organization from a place of openness and curiosity.
